Founder & Owner, Enhanced Care Clinic and Enhanced Wellness

Cassandra Faust founded Enhanced Care Clinic and Enhanced Wellness to expand access to personalized medical and wellness care in the Mid-Ohio Valley. She brings more than 16 years of combined medical and aesthetic experience to her work.

Cassandra completed her medical training and master’s degree in the Baltimore–Washington region in 2010. Her clinical experience includes work and collaboration across major health systems, including Johns Hopkins, Shock Trauma, and GBMC, as well as the greater Baltimore, Annapolis, and Washington, D.C., areas.

After moving to the Mid-Ohio Valley with her family in 2013, Cassandra made the region home. She is active in downtown Parkersburg organizations and cares deeply about the community’s continued growth. Enhanced Care Clinic grew from her vision to offer care beyond aesthetics, with a focus on medicine, wellness, and the relationships that help patients feel supported over time.

Medical Director

Dr. Kane Maiers is board-certified in Family Medicine and serves as Medical Director. He brings a strong foundation in traditional medicine and a proactive interest in helping patients pursue their health goals.

A West Virginia University graduate, Dr. Maiers is passionate about healthy, active living. Outside the clinic, he enjoys traveling and participating in CrossFit events with his two sons.

Family Nurse Practitioner

Jana Beardmore brings more than 15 years of nursing experience and more than three years of primary care experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner to Enhanced Care Clinic. She believes primary care should consider the whole person, including immediate concerns, ongoing conditions, prevention, and long-term health.

Jana works with patients to understand their symptoms, manage chronic conditions, and explore factors that may be affecting their well-being. She pairs evidence-based medicine with individualized care and clear conversations, helping patients feel confident taking an active role in their health.

Her goal is to build lasting relationships and create a welcoming environment where patients feel heard, valued, and supported at every stage of their care.
